Operations Manager, De Paul Manor Estate!
Don’t let the youthful appearance fool you as Jessica has proved over the past seven years that she is up for any challenge on the work front.
Jess has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (Psychology) from Bond University, which has proved invaluable in handling the many and varied positions, including Reception and Sales, Village Coordinator (assisting residents and families in connecting with various services both government and private to ensure residents maintain their independence) and over the past three years has been responsible for the day to day running of De Paul Manor Estate as the Operations Manager.
Jess is well liked and respected by residents, staff and Management alike. It is not unusual to one minute see her attending an emergency call out, and the next up a ladder hanging decorations for yet another social occasion, or she will be attending a Board Meeting, a social club/resident forum meeting, or hosting the monthly birthday and welcome morning teas!
Jess is very knowledgeable on all things technical and digital and has a great grounding in how everything operates within the village complex.
